Welcome to Folopro, a service provided by Folopro, Inc. ("Folopro", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Folopro mobile applications and web application (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, or using any part of the Service, you ("you" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept all of these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
By creating an account and checking the box during sign-up, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility & Children’s Privacy
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by Instagram’s terms in your country) to use the Service.
If you are between 13 and 17, you may use the Service only with verified parental or guardian consent as required by the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws.
By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you submit is accurate.
2. What Folopro Does
Folopro allows you to upload Instagram follower data exports and generate reports showing (i) accounts you follow that do not follow you back and (ii) accounts that have unfollowed you since your prior upload.
We do not:
- Collect Instagram credentials;
- Request, scrape, or automate access to Instagram’s systems; or
- Guarantee real‑time data or uninterrupted functionality if Instagram modifies its platform.

3. License & Intellectual Property
Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, and non‑sublicensable license to install and use the Service for your personal, non‑commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Folopro.
You may not reverse‑engineer, decompile, copy, or alter any part of the Service except where such actions are expressly permitted by law.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
4.1 Plans
Folopro Pro – Yearly: USD $49.99 per year (or local‑currency equivalent). Includes a three‑day free trial.
4.2 Free Trial & Billing
Free trials are limited to one per user/account. If you have previously used a free trial, any future subscriptions will be billed immediately upon sign-up at the then-current rate.
To avoid charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Free trial periods are measured in full 24-hour days from the exact time of sign-up. Once the trial expires, the subscription automatically renews.
4.3 User Responsibility for Cancellation
Users are solely responsible for cancelling their own subscriptions. Contacting support does not constitute a valid cancellation. A subscription is considered cancelled only when successfully completed through the applicable platform (Apple, Google, or the Folopro website dashboard).
5. Marketing Communications
By creating an account, you agree to receive essential service-related emails.
Users in the United States are automatically subscribed to marketing emails (with opt-out at any time). Users outside the U.S. will be shown a checkbox to opt in.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to violate any law, Instagram policy, or third-party right. You are solely responsible for the data you upload.
7. Dependence on Instagram
The Folopro Service depends on Instagram continuing to provide user data exports. If Instagram discontinues data exports or makes the Service inoperable, Folopro may be forced to shut down. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is.” Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (i) amounts you paid in the last 12 months, or (ii) USD $50.
9. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Please contact hello@folopro.com for informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes will be handled via binding arbitration administered by JAMS.
